Left Exit Fan Perp Entry Landing

A LEFT-exit two-line bundle drops into a shared TOP entry whose downstream fan peels each line to a different target. The fan-out's peel order propagates one hop upstream to its free source feeder, so both lines descend straight into their landing lanes with no crossing (issue #1986).
